Luxxe Outsourced Hotel Services offers boutique services in multiple locations across Australia. We provide highly-trained staff across various roles including Housekeeping, Rooms and Public Areas.

We focus on delivering excellence to our clients and a supportive environment for our people.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced, service-focused Room Attendants for Little National Newcastle. This luxurious hotel offers affordable luxury with stunning views of the Hunter River and surrounds.

The hotel enjoys easy accessibility via the rail network, making it convenient for guests and staff alike.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities. You will also maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order.

You will assist guests with their requests and provide excellent customer service where possible.

About You:

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to interact positively with both guests and the hotel team.

Room Attendants MUST be available Monday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm for a rotating roster as a minimum.

You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing
  • Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
  • Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
