Perinatal Infant Mental Care Leader

The role involves facilitating intake, triage and screening of referrals to connect parents with tailored services. This includes coordinating care pathways by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, cultural consultants and community providers.
- Key responsibilities include facilitation, coordination, guidance and decision-making to ensure timely access to appropriate perinatal mental health services.
About You:
- A relevant degree enabling full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (for Senior Clinician)
- Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practicing certificate (for Nurse Consultant)
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive perinatal biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with experience working in multidisciplinary teams
