We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Product Management Specialist role.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive sales and revenue growth opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the relationship team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Lead regular client-facing meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of issues
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients' marketing teams to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Provide escalation support for client complaints and customer issues
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings
- Analyse customer data to create relevant reports and insights
- Undertake competitor analysis to inform product development strategies
- Develop knowledge of Mastercard products and services
- Support project managers during project implementations
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or sales administration
- Experience in financial services or with a financial institution is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup
- Excellent analytical skills with a track record of translating data into compelling insights
- Proven project management experience, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams and lead as a subject matter expert
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to execute and deliver on target against established objectives
