Ongoing casual hours provide an opportunity to work close to home with flexible hours across the week.

As a Planogram Merchandiser, you will execute planograms/relays while maintaining relationships with stores and retail management on an ongoing casual basis. This role supports Australia's major retailers by helping Brand Influence Group (BIG) achieve its goals.

About the Role:

Approximately 15-20 hours per week are required in EPPING NORTH and surrounding areas. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.

Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously but also maintain a team focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with store and retail management

- Executing planograms accurately

- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking of products is required

- Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet

- Representing BIG and our clients positively and professionally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment

- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
