Financial Strategist

As a key member of the Ambition team, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes. You will develop and maintain complex financial models to support financial planning, prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management, and partner with various business units to provide financial guidance and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support financial planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and drive performance.
• Support the financial planning and analysis function with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.

Requirements:

• CA/CPA accreditation is essential.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and financial accounting.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving business performance and process improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
