The Role
  • Advise Australian businesses on commercial and corporate law issues, including structuring, governance, shareholder agreements, fundraising, and regulatory obligations.
  • Provide strategic legal support for start-ups, scaleups, and small businesses.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop new legal products and offerings.
  • Handle multiple client matters in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal systems and client delivery processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of post-qualification experience with a current Australian practicing certificate.
  • Solid experience in commercial or corporate law.
  • Ability to deliver fast, clear, and confident advice.
  • Comfort juggling client needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in legal innovation, legal operations, or NewLaw.
