Job Opportunity: Premier Venue Manager Position

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled venue manager to oversee the daily operations of our club.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, leading staff members, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in venue management, preferably in a hospitality or club setting.
  • Current certifications in RMLV, RSG, RSA, CLO, and 1st Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, including liquor licensing and health and safety standards.
