We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accommodation Professional to join our team at BreakFree Alexandra Beach. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests experience exceptional service and comfort during their stay.

About the Role:

  • Clean and maintain all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression
  • Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped
  • Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm and welcoming approach that makes guests and colleagues feel right at home
  • An eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks
  • Physical stamina to navigate between rooms, using internal and external staircases and open pathways
  • Collaborative mindset, embracing working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
