We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Clinical Lecturer to join our team at the School of Medicine, Fremantle campus. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled clinician and educator to contribute to the organization of teaching for our medical students at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for the organization of clinical teaching, mentoring medical students, and facilitating learning opportunities for students with colleagues. You will conduct tutorials, grand rounds, and bedside teaching, as well as on-campus lectures as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor medical students at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
- Facilitate other learning opportunities for students with colleagues.
- Conduct tutorials, grand rounds, and bedside teaching.
- On-campus lectures as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Possession of a PhD or Medical qualification registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of a relevant professional body.
- Current employment as a clinician at FSH.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $133,307 to $153,715 per annum (Level C), plus 14.25% superannuation (pro rata).
