Sales Expert for Global Footwear Brand

We're on the hunt for a Sales Expert to join our dynamic team As a leading global retailer of sports fashion brands, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing the latest styles.

As a Sales Expert, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to create a unique and memorable experience for our customers. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Sharing product knowledge with customers and working closely with Department Managers to drive sales growth
  • Escalating any customer complaints to management and contributing to a positive store environment
  • Working collaboratively with your Store Manager and team to achieve KPIs and targets

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar sports fashion brand
  • A passion for sports fashion and a knack for sharing knowledge with customers
  • A results-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
