Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the National Gallery of Australia. As a key member of our Café and Events Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

The National Gallery of Australia is a stunning venue home to some of Australia's precious artworks and installations. Our spaces include café and event areas perfect for large-scale events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge and experience working in functions or events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • A working understanding of Food Safety Standards
  • Current RSA
  • Police Check obtained within the last few months
