Lead a team of Personal Shoppers, responsible for selecting and packing online grocery orders in-store.

About the role:

The Online Department plays a crucial part in our click and collect / concierge service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the department.

You'll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members and community.

About you and your skills:

  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team.
  • Taking a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards.
  • Being customer-obsessed and continually seeking to better understand diverse customers.
