Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality, responsive, courteous, and timely support services to our members and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Providing technical assistance through our Service Desk system, phone calls, and personal interactions
  • Testing, installing, and maintaining computers, peripherals, video conferencing equipment, office equipment, software, logs, and security systems as required
  • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical team members and staff
  • Liaising with external service providers in relation to support arrangements, procurement, invoicing, and other related tasks

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing 1st and 2nd level IT support in a Microsoft environment, possess strong customer service skills, conflict resolution skills, and be able to ensure client satisfaction. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or industry-related training/qualifications is highly desirable.
