Position Summary
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Diesel Technician with leadership capabilities to step into the role of Service Supervisor. This position is located at our Laverton branch.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring that customer requirements are met through efficient work order management.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who excels in motivating and guiding a team of professionals. You should possess a trade qualification as a Diesel Technician along with substantial experience in the earthmoving sector.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong commitment to safety practices.
- Experience in labor coordination and scheduling.
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar or similar machinery.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage varying workloads effectively.
- Operational experience in the earth-moving industry.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including the MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
