Senior Infectious Diseases Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infectious Diseases Pharmacist to join our team. As an integral member of the pharmacy department, you will play a key role in providing evidence-based care and supporting the governance and daily operations of the Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) program.

  • Develop and implement improvements to working practices and systems within the agency in relation to antimicrobial stewardship
  • Serve as a senior member of the pharmacy department, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Pharmacy team and Statewide Hospital Pharmacy Operations Unit to optimize patient care

This is a permanent part-time position, working 30.4 hours per fortnight, with opportunities for professional development and accelerated pathways. Successful applicants must meet essential criteria, including registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and current validity of any required registration/licences.
