Creating a Unique Customer Experience is essential to our success. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and selling techniques.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating an inviting shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure all aspects of the store are presented in an attractive and well-organized manner.

  • Ensure the store's visual presentation, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging experiences for customers by sharing your expertise and helping them enhance their homes.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, register operations, and back-office tasks to provide operational support to the store management team.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment within a dynamic and supportive team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' retail or visual merchandising experience (preferred).
  • A keen eye for detail, layout, and brand presentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to prioritize, multitask, and work hands-on.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including after-hours setups and peak trading periods.
