The Day-to-Day
You will work with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers. As a senior wellbeing advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality wellbeing check and assessment services, ensuring seamless execution of these processes according to company guidelines.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Applying clinical and organisational psychology knowledge and experience to the wellbeing check & assessment service delivery
- Conducting and managing wellbeing check and assessment processes as per requirements
- Administering wellbeing check and assessment processes whilst complying with established wellbeing check and assessment best practice principles respectively
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders within company guidelines
