Production Team Member Wanted

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Beverages production team at our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of our production processes.

The successful candidate will have a passion for physical work and self-development, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in our production processes. You will work closely with our experienced team members to deliver high-quality products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

This is a casual position, which means that shifts will be provided to the successful candidate on an as needed basis. The successful candidate must be available to work flexible hours including night shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate activities with other teams for efficient operations.
  • Move product and restock materials according to production instructions.
  • Record data and undertake product testing as required.
  • Clean machinery and maintain hygiene in the production area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in FMCG or a similar industry (not essential).
  • Ability to manually handle up to 25kg.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks constructively.
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions accordingly.
  • Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Demonstrated experience promoting a positive culture aligned to our company values.
