Signature Care Operations is seeking a qualified and experienced Wellbeing Experience Manager for holiday relief and busy periods at our state-of-the-art 144 bed aged care residence in Langwarrin.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a people person who is creative and can become part of a fun and supportive team that enjoys engaging residents in purposeful and engaging programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver varied lifestyle programs to promote the physiological, physical, and emotional well-being of our residents
  • Work closely with the lifestyle team to create a fun and supportive environment
  • Use technology to enhance the quality of life for our residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in designing and delivering lifestyle programs, particularly with dementia residents
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Ability to work flexibly and comfortably in a fast-paced environment
