Engineering Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in delivering scalable, cloud-native products in a regulated environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned engineer with strong technical leadership skills to join our organization and drive innovation. As an Engineering Manager, you'll oversee the development of complex software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to achieve business objectives and improve team performance;
  • Oversee the technical delivery of cloud-based applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices;
  • Collaborate with product and clinical teams to design and develop fit-for-purpose software solutions;
  • Uphold high engineering standards, code quality, compliance, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle;
  • Drive DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and release pipelines;
  • Manage project risk, team performance, and stakeholder communication effectively;
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in people leadership roles;
  • Strong technical background in .NET Core, Angular 18+, C#, AWS, and REST APIs;
  • Experience building cloud-native, distributed SaaS applications and delivering complex projects in regulated or mission-critical environments;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile delivery practices;
  • Calm, pragmatic leadership style with a passion for coaching and team growth.
