Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Trippas White Group. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the successful management of a designated outlet at Taronga Zoo, ensuring that all outlets operate in a sustainable, courteous and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with department standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies to maintain optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Catering Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a similar high-volume outlet.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems and inventory management.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
