Early Childhood Educator - Montessori Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of the principles of Montessori education and be passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences to young children. As an Early Childhood Educator in a Montessori setting, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a prepared environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

You will work collaboratively with a team of like-minded educators to design and deliver Montessori programs tailored to each child's developmental stage. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to continuous growth and development, with access to internal and external Montessori training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement Montessori Practices: Create and maintain a high-quality Montessori program with the support and input of your team.
  2. Collaborate with a Passionate Team: Work alongside Montessori educators to build a nurturing, learning-focused environment.
  3. Create and Maintain a Prepared Environment: Organise and care for a welcoming Montessori space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired.
  4. Engage Families: Partner with parents to support each child's growth, sharing regular updates and insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma
  • Dedication to Montessori Principles: You share our commitment to nurturing independence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.
  • Experience: Prior experience in early childhood or Montessori settings is valued.
