Stud Manager Position

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a stud farm, ensuring seamless management and delegation of tasks to the team.

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in all areas of a stud farm, including stallions, mares, foaling, yearlings, and weanlings. Additionally, they will have high-level leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and delegating teams effectively.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to liaise and report to clients, providing excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will also possess a natural sense of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work.
