This includes overseeing the entire employee life cycle and managing associated processes, providing daily operational administrative support to the People and Culture team, and understanding and accurately interpreting the company industrial agreements and relevant awards to create employment offers and contracts.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage employee data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team on various HR and Payroll related areas.
  • Assist with recruitment function as required.
  • Maintain the company HRMS and ensure employee compliance.
  • Assist with new Employee inductions in the Corporate Office.
  • Take ownership of internal systems and perform internal audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all employee data.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the Payroll team, as well as Key Leaders and team members across the organisation.
  • Review all EBA employment contracts daily and generate routine reports.
  • Act as the central authority for all compliance matters across the business.

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated initiative with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in handling confidential issues.

  • Be proactive and adaptable.
  • Highly organised disposition with a strong administrative skill set.
  • High computer literacy and ability to get up to speed with new technology quickly.
