We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our clinical trials team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing field, contributing to the improvement of treatments for melanoma and skin cancer.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide secretarial and administrative duties in support of our clinical trials staff

- Coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on a day-to-day basis

- Ensure effective collaboration and teamwork within the clinical trial setting

Requirements

- Broad knowledge of senior management operations

- Extensive experience in government, university or health sector administration

- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Numeracy skills and experience in managing income/expenditure and reconciliations
