The Guest Service Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests at all touchpoints.
This dynamic individual will be the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance with baggage and driving/parking vehicles.
- Deliver personalized service to exceed guest expectations
- Work closely with the Chief Concierge to ensure alignment with the hotel's brand pillars: distinctive, unexpected, indulgent, personalized, and magnetic
The successful candidate will:

- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests in all moments and experiences throughout their stay
- Fulfill the 'live extraordinary' guest experience culture
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
Meet Key Requirements
- Possess proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hotel environment
- Hold a Full Driver's Licence and be confident in driving different vehicles
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and welcoming phone demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will involve an interview, driving assessment, and functional assessment. A full driver's licence is mandatory; P1 or P2 licences are not accepted.
