- The inventory management system (e.g., WMS, ERP) is accurately updated with received items.
- Goods are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations following strict safety and organizational standards.
- Any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods are promptly reported to supervisors or procurement teams.
- Operation of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) must be conducted safely and efficiently. Certification may be required.
- The receiving area is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly state through collaborative efforts with the warehouse team.
- Collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams ensures timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse procedures at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably have experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Prior experience in a receiving role is highly valued.
