About the Role:- Provide comprehensive legal support on corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, capital initiatives, joint ventures and shareholder matters.
- Advise on director duties, corporate structures and ASX disclosure obligations, collaborating closely with finance, strategy and governance teams.
- Draft, negotiate and review a range of corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
- Contribute to board and committee reporting on governance and regulatory issues, ensuring compliance with ASX Listing Rules and governance standards.
- Assist with key projects such as policy development, annual general meetings and investor engagement initiatives.
- 6+ years PQE in corporate law, with solid grounding in M&A and corporate governance from either private practice or a listed in-house environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
- Ability to distil complex legal issues into clear, commercially pragmatic advice for senior executives.
- Collaborative approach with a knack for building trusted relationships across the business.
