About Your New Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Open Minds Team in the Metro region.


This rewarding role involves assisting clients with complex needs, providing exceptional care and innovative strategies to help them reach their full potential.


As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily tasks, and providing companionship and emotional support.


About You:



  • You will have the ability to work effectively in complex support environments, including Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
  • You will be able to maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You will have experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
  • You will be able to prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease.
  • You will be able to work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights throughout the week.

To be considered for this role, you will have:



  • A current Open Driver's License.
