This position is responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to clinical psychologists within the Centre for Psychotherapy and across Hunter New England Mental Health. The successful candidate will have expertise in evidence-based psychotherapies and a proven track record of delivering specialist supervision and training to mental health staff or teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective clinical leadership and supervision strategies to enhance the skills and confidence of clinical psychologists.
  • Provide consultation to mental health clinicians on complex cases involving BPD and ED.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance best practices in psychotherapy.
