Job Opportunity

Campus Director is an exciting leadership role at our purpose-built one-level campus located at Mulgoa Road, Penrith. Our campus is easily accessible by bus with direct routes to the Penrith Train Station.

As Campus Director, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the centre with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. You will lead and mentor the centre team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.

The role involves implementing and monitoring safety, compliance and quality standards across the centre. You will also drive growth and financial performance through planning, budgeting and reporting.

In addition, you will support autonomy for running the business and develop leadership capabilities for career progression within the organisation. You will engage with the local community and connections within the local area to support children's learning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of the centre with a focus on five key pillars.

Qualifications
  • Strong ECT or Diploma qualification.
  • Experience as a leader in an early learning setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
