Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable individual to take on the role of Commercial Specialist at Babcock International Group. The ideal candidate will deliver expert support to various business units and corporate functions, emphasizing legal, commercial, procurement, and administrative assistance. This position encompasses a diverse array of tasks, including but not limited to contract oversight, compliance verification, and aiding in numerous project initiatives. The successful candidate will also contribute to corporate governance, risk management, digital record-keeping, reporting, insurance matters, and activities aimed at business development, all while collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
With at least 5 years of experience in the commercial, legal, or subcontracting sectors, you will be a driven team player ready to integrate into an existing collaborative environment. Exposure to dynamic commercial settings is essential, along with a solid understanding of ADF contracting. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is the ability to engage confidentially with various stakeholders and internal teams. The role offers support, mentorship, and abundant opportunities for career advancement. In addition to the requisite experience, candidates should ideally possess tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, or Finance.
