About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Engage with customers, answering their queries and providing product information
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stock and displays
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods of time.
