Job Description

This is a permanent full-time role, Sunday to Thursday working roster, with a long weekend provided once a month. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets. You will drive a high-performing team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include coaching your team through product knowledge using your passion for selling, maintaining store operations including stock management and visual merchandising.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and lead a team.
