Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional occupational therapy services to our clients and their families, working collaboratively with the client's care team to assess, set goals, develop solutions, provide interventions, and evaluate client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients and their families
- Lead clinical and business-related continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to the achievement of the company's vision and purpose
- Mentor and supervise therapy staff, developing their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the senior therapy team to update therapy service provision
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Occupational Therapy
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Specific skills in assessment, occupational analysis, goal setting, developing intervention plans, and evaluating client outcomes
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective and professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
