Our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform connects leading organizations with qualified suppliers, contractors, and vendors worldwide. We provide unmatched visibility to businesses through cloud-based technology and human insights to enhance supply chain risk and compliance.

The Technical Project Lead will manage the implementation process for new clients and existing client expansions from start to completion. This role is a key representative of our relationship with clients and requires expertise in our SaaS platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients and existing client expansions
  • Lead the client kick-off meeting and ensure accurate configuration and business requirements documents are signed off by clients
  • Define project plan goals, timelines, and contractor on-boarding processes to meet client and company expectations
  • Present best practice workflows to clients and respond to their needs to align internal processes with our platform
  • Engage, monitor, and drive the contractor/supplier on-boarding process and communicate with stakeholders
  • Analyze use-case scenarios of standard vs. non-standard configurations and verify internal testing of the configuration
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding implementation processes, workflows, timelines, and best practices
  • Continuously improve new and existing client implementation processes and procedures
  • Provide product feedback to product management and maintain Avetta implementation project resource documents
  • Mentor and coach other Implementation Project Managers and assist with training new team members

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities to work in a team environment and solve problems creatively
  • Comfortable using technology and able to explain it effectively to others
  • Able to analyze data and reports, especially those associated with contractor/supplier yield metrics and client satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to hold people accountable for deadlines and escalation processes
  • Able to identify and engage necessary resources, including personnel and fiduciary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred
  • At least 3 years of project management experience within software/SaaS industries
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent project management software

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
