The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity while providing excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide advice to customers on products and services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
