Education Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled education support professional to join our team as a trainer and assessor. In this role, you will work closely with students and teachers to deliver high-quality training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs for students in school-based settings
  2. Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other education professionals to design and implement curriculum
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in education support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III and IV in School Based Educational Support (CHC30812 and CHC40213)
  • TAE (Training and Assessment) qualification preferred or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing desirable
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
