Job Description

Job Title: Senior Procurement Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Advisor to join our team at UGL Pty Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our projects and ensuring that we achieve our business objectives.

The Role

  • Develop and implement procurement plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the tender process, including engaging with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the procurement lifecycle for all projects, including sourcing, contracting, and contract management.
  • Provide governance, advice, and guidance on procurement policy requirements and industry best practices.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including operational teams, legal and commercial teams, and external suppliers.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or qualifications in a field such as law, business, engineering, supply chain, procurement, or project management.
  • Proven experience working in complex procurement environments, with a strong understanding of subcontracting commercial instruments and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with exceptional communication skills and experience working with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain relevant security clearance.
