About the Role

This casual based role offers flexible hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week between 9am and 3pm. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will be helping our clients with tasks like general housekeeping, making beds, laundry, food preparation and shopping.

You will work independently in the community while being supported by your team. We encourage applicants with customer service-related experience such as hospitality or retail, but we also welcome those looking to start a new career in the community.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $36.18 + super, plus extra bonuses including up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support with daily living activities
  • Assisting with household chores and errands
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Helping with medication management (if applicable)
Requirements
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Access to a registered vehicle suitable for work purposes
  • Physically able to fulfill the role
  • Vaccination against COVID-19, including booster requirements (or evidence of a medical exemption)
  • National police clearance and medical appraisal
