Transforming young minds into future leaders demands a bespoke approach. At Crimson Rise, our mission-driven team is dedicated to crafting the education system for the 22nd century.

This role involves working directly with students and their parents to develop overarching goals that can be executed over one to three years leading up to high school.

Key aspects of this position include:

  • Pre-college academic strategy: course selection, developing healthy study habits, recognizing strengths, and fostering a love of learning
  • Pre-college extracurricular strategy: pinpointing interests, exploring new hobbies, deepening established ones, brainstorming personal projects, and planning summer activities
  • Personal development: goal-setting, stress management, time management, and reflection on priorities, interests, motivators, and strengths

You will expertly support students through their Crimson Rise journey, meeting with them at least once a month and adhering to established service protocols. Your success will be measured by excellent student feedback and NPS scores.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a top University; advanced degrees are advantageous
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organisational skills, experience in project management, event coordination, or product management is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure
  • Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting is preferred
