Customer Complaints Co-ordinator

A key role on the Complaints team responsible for timely logging, assigning, and monitoring customer complaints and disputes in compliance with internal procedures.
The team operates as one globally consistent business delivering end-to-end services locally that contribute to our customers' success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Owning the intake of customer complaint and dispute correspondence to ensure timely logging, coding, and assignment in the complaint management system.
- Maintaining relevant mailboxes, keeping them organized with timely routing to the correct teams.
- Monitoring daily reports to track internal / external adherence to the complaint handling procedures / regulations.
- Identifying data quality issues and communicating remedial actions to relevant teams to address data issues at the source.
- Coordinating lessons learned and training sessions to improve the quality of our business processes and data.
- Performing other administrative tasks to manage diary reports and take minutes for key meetings.
This role requires high awareness of regulatory frameworks, particularly related to complaint handling. It also demands excellent communication skills, effective time management, and ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude is required to succeed in this role.
