The Role

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team, reporting into the National Sales Manager - Retail. This role involves supporting key accounts while assisting and maintaining strategic business relationships within new and existing accounts with a focus on driving sales growth and margin improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  4. Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to the sales team.
  5. Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
  6. Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales-related documentation.
  8. Communicate customer feedback to the sales team to improve products and services.
  9. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
