The Role
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team, reporting into the National Sales Manager - Retail. This role involves supporting key accounts while assisting and maintaining strategic business relationships within new and existing accounts with a focus on driving sales growth and margin improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
- Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales-related documentation.
- Communicate customer feedback to the sales team to improve products and services.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
