We're currently recruiting for Cost Managers at various levels in different locations across Australia due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients.

Our team works on a wide range of projects, including retail, health, education, defence, infrastructure, and natural resources. We're looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders, develop strong relationships, and provide excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities include pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties, such as cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and final account preparation.
  • Feasibility studies, procurement reports, estimating, and cost planning are also essential components of the role.
  • Tendering, procuring, and managing pre-qualification stages are critical tasks that require strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is essential.
  • MRICS/AIQS accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a consultancy environment, is required.
  • Proficiency in using CostX is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, along with strong report and bid writing abilities, are necessary.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering results and working independently are ideal candidates.
