Qualifications:
Essential:
- Valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

- Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain one.

- Understanding of government standards for aged care delivery.
- Knowledge of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
- Strong clinical skills and documentation proficiency.
- Awareness of the aged care accreditation process.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Compliance:
All candidates must meet the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability for employment in the aged care sector.
