About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to manage our retail store effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, visual merchandising, and stock control.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets. You will also need to be commercially astute, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Managing store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management;
  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales;
  • Controlling stock levels, including ordering and inventory management;
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all times;
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and logistics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or management role;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
