Aged Care Operations Director

As a visionary leader in aged care, you will be responsible for driving quality, safety, and operational efficiency across our facility and retirement living units.
About the RoleYou will implement best practices in clinical care, ensuring that we meet or exceed the needs of our residents through high-quality lifestyle programs.
Your key responsibility will be to oversee daily activities, maximizing efficiency while maintaining safety for residents, staff, and visitors. You will also ensure that our facility meets strict accreditation standards.
Achieving financial targets is crucial to support sustainability, and you will be responsible for managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
To drive occupancy and enhance our reputation, you will develop relationships within the local community.
Key Requirements- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or other clinical professional with relevant authority
- Postgraduate qualifications in health or business administration
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in aged care or health administration, with recent management experience demonstrating competency in operational planning, strategic thinking, and budget management
You will possess strong leadership and management abilities, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
