Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Representative

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal and commercial effectiveness of our clients' products on store shelves. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high-quality point-of-sale displays, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and commercially effective point-of-sale displays that drive sales and engage customers.
  • Maintain open and communicative relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of work tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for promotional space and discuss additional display possibilities with store staff.
  • Record daily tasks and capture high-quality photographs using our StoreTrack App, providing valuable insights into performance and progress.

Key Qualifications:

Strong Communication Skills: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with store teams, negotiate display opportunities, and document tasks.

Organizational Ability: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records is crucial for success in this role.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure that all displays are consistently of high quality and visually appealing.

Australian Driver's License: You must hold a current Australian driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle to facilitate travel between stores.
