Electrical Assembly Specialist Role

This position involves working in a site-based role, assembling and commissioning mining equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all new machine assembly is completed as scheduled while maintaining the quality of all machines.

  • Ensure all onsite builds are completed to the highest standards.
  • Liaise closely with supervisors and leading hands to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Assembly Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Assembling and commissioning mining equipment.
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards within their allocated area.
  • Responsible for delivery and site assembly for mining machines.
  • Responsible to maintain build tooling, containers and Hydraulic Power Pack units.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant Australian electrical trade qualifications.
  • Previous experience with electrical systems on mining equipment.
  • A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Good communication skills and a dedication to providing quality work.
