Care and Education Lead

Mayfield Early Education is seeking an experienced professional to lead our team on a permanent basis.
- Craft and execute curricula that support the overall development of children.
- Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, fostering open communication and cooperation for child wellbeing and growth.
- Introduce innovative teaching methods to maintain a dynamic and engaging learning atmosphere aligned with best practices.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience as a toddler room leader (preferably 1-2 years)
- Is available to work rotating shifts 5 days a week
- Holdsa minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Completion of child protection, Red Nose, and food safety training
- Familiarity with Child Safe Standards
- Enthusiasm and dedication to the Early Childhood sector
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF)
